Duties and responsibilities
As office clerk you will learn about commercial and administrative operations. The workplace of office clerks is mainly the office. You will plan, coordinate and supervise appointments, take care of the incoming mail and other written information and do the administrative correspondence. In addition you accept contracts, check incoming invoices and clarify misunderstandings. You will assemble invoice documents, write invoices and assign these to an account.
In the stock management you will work on inventory additions and exit (?) that means you will check the quality of the incoming material with the warehouse clerk and arrange necessarily notice of defects. You register and check the inventory.
Departments
For each trainee a training schedule will be developed in the framework of the apprenticeship. So the trainee can experience different departments like materials handling (stockkeeping, purchasing), Marketing and distribution, invoicing, accounting and administrative accounting.

Skills
